Total Body HIIT 8 Week Program With Deanna (2 Classes per Week)
This class consists of interval training that utilizes body weight exercises, intentionally timed work and rest periods. These intervals are designed to maximize the metabolic training effect and rev up your metabolism long after you’ve completed your workout. High intensity interval training is adaptable to all participants. An instructor will guide you through the proper technique of each exercise and will coach regressions and progressions to make sure each participant is successful. HIIT is scientifically proven to aid in weight loss, improve cardiovascular health, and most importantly, get you hooked on fitness!
This package includes 2 classes per week for the upcoming 8 week program.
