Jessica Kelly
Registered Massage Therapist

After graduating at the top of her class, Jessica started her local massage therapy practice in 2010, and in July 2016 she was thrilled to join the team of health care professionals at Bayside Wellness. She has been local to the Georgian Bay community since 2006 and has rooted her young family in the friendly town of Stayner.
Jessica is passionate about developing a therapeutic relationship with each of her patients on their journey to better health and well-being, whether that means ongoing treatments for general wellness and relaxation or creating an efficient treatment plan for rehabilitation and return to normal life. By utilizing her skills in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, joint mobilization, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques and more, Jessica has aided in the treatment of several different musculoskeletal conditions. These include (but are not limited to) fibromyalgia, TMJ dysfunction, scar tissue, sports-related injuries, tendinitis, chronic tension, and pre/postnatal massage.
Aside from traditional massage therapy services, Jessica also offers Therapeutic Hot Stone Massage. Hot Stone can be incorporated into a treatment for added benefits. These can include accessing deeper tissue more comfortably, and treating different conditions more efficiently/effectively such as tendinitis/scar tissue/trigger points/etc. There is also a wonderful relaxing component to using the hot stones, and can be great for people with fibromyalgia, and just muscle tension in general.
