Lindsey Bradbury, RMT, MCT Lv2
Registered Massage Therapist and Movement Specialist

Hi, I'm Lindsey!
I love movement and the mindset one must have to live and move to their full potential.
As a former athlete, I became passionate about the human body and its ability to move at a young age. I played just about every sport growing up and spent all of my spare time outside, climbing trees and hiking through the woods. I started playing rugby in high school, eventually progressing to play for Team Ontario.
While attending Humber College for fitness and health promotion and an advanced diploma in massage therapy, I was elected as captain of Humber’s first OCAA women’s rugby team, leading the team to three consecutive championships and being named the league’s top scorer.
By the time I was 25-years-old, I started experiencing chronic pain. I started having constant aches and pains, a restricted range of motion and an increased lack of mobility. I struggled mentally as well, suffering from emotional trauma and post concussion syndrome. I sought out many forms of manual therapies but no matter what I tried, I wasn’t seeing the results I needed.
Depressed, uncomfortable and completely at a loss, I turned to spirituality, and practicing mindfulness/meditation. I went back to movement that I love; hiking, running and conditioning myself for everyday life. Then I discovered Natural Movement (MovNat) and the importance of the breath. Natural Movement focuses on effectiveness, efficiency and adaptability in real world capabilities.
I started living my life the way I always wanted, setting attainable and realistic goals and defining boundaries, both personally and professionally. I overcame injuries I thought I would need surgery for, and despite several concussions, my mental cognition and emotional intelligence has become stronger than ever. I started helping others do the same, and I witnessed their pain disappear, their performance improve, and their mindset shift from “I can’t,” to “I can.” I was elated. Right then and there, I decided to commit the rest of my life to helping others increase their ability to move authentically and live their lives to its full capacity.
I am an active listener, a great communicator, and have made it my responsibility to earn your trust and respect as we progress together. I also love to laugh — I believe it’s the world’s best medicine — and I promise our sessions will be fun, enjoyable and transformative.
Are YOU ready to overcome pain, move confidently, and be free and connected to your body?
