Sue Anstey is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) and Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCMP). She offers thoughtful, individualized care that bridges classical Chinese medicine with modern techniques in a calm, patient-centred way.
Sue completed her formal training at Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine and is trained in acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and herbology. She has also pursued advanced education in cosmetic and facial acupuncture, training with respected leaders including Dr. Martha Lucas and Dr. Diana Tong Li.
Sue enjoys working with cosmetic acupuncture, fertility, hormonal health, autoimmune disease support, and chronic pain management. Her treatments are gentle, intuitive, and tailored to the individual, often incorporating supportive hands-on techniques to encourage relaxation, relief, and nervous system regulation.
Patients often describe Sue’s presence as warm, grounding, and easy to connect with. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys balancing rest and adventure, from curling up with a good book or watching movies to scuba diving, motorcycling, and snowboarding. A Collingwood local, she appreciates sushi, music, and the occasional well-timed nap.
Sue is grateful to be part of the team at Bayside Wellness.
