Dr. Shae was born and raised on a farm in Wallaceburg, Ontario, where she spent much of her
time playing soccer and basketball, and helping out on the farm. Growing up in an active, hands-on environment helped shape her appreciation for movement, physical health, andstaying active. After completing her undergraduate degree in Clinical Kinesiology at Western University, Shae relocated to the Collingwood area in 2021. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating in 2025.
Shae is committed to providing patient-centered, results-oriented chiropractic care that is tailored to each individual. She understands that every person has different goals, lifestyles, and reasons for seeking care. Whether a patient is aiming to return to sport, keep up with their kids, or simply move through daily life with less pain, Shae works alongside them to create a treatment plan that supports their specific goals.
Her treatment approach blends evidence-informed manual therapy—including joint manipulation and mobilization—with exercise-based rehabilitation, neurofunctional acupuncture, and athletic taping techniques. By combining hands-on care with movement-based strategies and patient education, she strives to help patients build confidence in their bodies and stay active long-term.
Outside of practice, Shae enjoys spending time with friends and family, experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, and staying active—whether that’s hiking, playing soccer, or running around with her Labradoodle, Levi.
