With nearly 20 years of practice, Dr. Andrea Rourke is a proud member of the team at Bayside Wellness! Dr. Andrea Rourke graduated from Queens University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education. After leaving university she attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic.
For her first two years upon moving to the Collingwood area in 1999, Dr. Andrea practiced at the Craigleith Wellness Centre and Essa Road Chiropractic in Barrie, while also teaching science and kinesiology at Pretty River Academy. She then settled down and built a busy practice in Wasaga Beach for the next eight years.
Dr. Rourke is a full time mom and a part time chiropractor. As well as being an experienced adjuster, Dr. Rourke has certification in Graston, Activator, and Kinesio taping and utilizes various soft tissue techniques.
She is an active member of the Collingwood community where she coaches basketball, volunteers at her children's school and enjoys an active lifestyle of running, tennis, skiing, hiking, and playing every sport she can find time for!
