Cinzia Arcuri is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) that provides services to individuals (18+). She provides areas of support for stress and burnout, anxiety, nervous system regulation and coping skills, relationships and attachments, self-compassion and self-confidence, life transitions and self-identity, and work-life balance and career or academic indecision or challenges.
Cinzia offers a space that feels warm, human, steady, and respectful of your full context - including your history, responsibilities, relationships, culture, and season of life. She provides a safe space to slow things down, become more curious about what’s happening beneath the surface, explore patterns, emotions, relationships, and the ways past experiences continue to influence the present.
Her career has not been linear has she has spent the past 20 years working in a variety of settings within the helping professions. She has co-founded a nature-based retreat space, taught future helpers in Higher Education, led teams in international community work, and facilitated groups for children and families.
Her training includes a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a Master of Education in Adult Education, and a background in early childhood education and child development. This combination allows for an understanding on how patterns often begin early on, how adults actually learn and change, and how Cinzia tailor’s therapy to the way each person processes information.
If you’re looking for therapy that feels warm, grounded, and genuinely interested in your whole story, you’re welcome to learn more about how Cinzia provides therapy.
Cinzia is accepting new clients in-person or virtually in Ontario through our Clarksburg Clinic!
