Recently graduating from her Masters of Counselling Psychotherapy, Allison is now accepting clients to her psychotherapy practice both virtually and in-person out of Bayside Wellness.
Complimentary to her formal education, Allison has completed her 200-hour Yoga teacher training in the Hatha and Vinyasa lineages, as well a 100-hour meditation teacher training. She is passionate about the integration of spirituality and psychology for whole-being wellness.
