Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time
There will not be a space in the clinic to wait for your scheduled appointment
You will be directed straight into your designated treatment room
Enter the clinic through its back entrance (Parking Lot Entrance)
If you require assistance, call our Clinic Support Staff upon arrival
Sanitize at the Check-In Station (on the back deck) before entering the building
Signage will be located near the entrance with instructions for wearing and removing masks
Review the COVID-19 Screening criteria before entering the facility
If your treatment is delayed, our Clinic Support staff will call to notify you
No additional guests or family members will be permitted to accompany your appointment, unless you require a guardian or caregiver
If family members have consecutively booked appointments, it is the practitioner’s discretion to allow more than one patient in the room
The upstairs washroom is now designated staff only, if you require the use of the washroom, we suggest you do so downstairs prior to your appointment
Maintain physical distancing of at least two metres whenever possible
Follow “clinic flow” floor decals, designated waiting spots and follow the instructions of the clinic staff
We are encouraging patients to move towards a less contact model of payment
Bayside Wellness now offers online payment (via Stripe)
You can pay for your appointment online at the time of booking
Full reimbursement or credit if you need to cancel or reschedule
Invoices can be emailed for online payment after your appointment
Use contactless payment (tap debit/credit) at reception if necessary
We prefer no cash payments
Limit the exchange of paper; have invoices emailed instead of printed
During Your Appointment
Patients are required to wear masks while in the facility and during treatment
Appropriate PPE (medical grade masks, eye protection etc.) will be worn by your practitioner at all times; including during examination and treatment
Sanitize your hands prior to exiting the facility
Departure
If your appointment has been prepaid, you can simply exit the clinic through the front door
A copy of your paid invoice will be emailed to you
If you prefer to have an invoice with online payment e-mailed to you, simply notify your practitioner and exit the clinic though the front door
If you wish to pay at the time of your appointment, proceed to the reception area, stand on a designated social distancing spot and wait for the staff to assist you
Preferably, treatment invoices will be emailed to patients, not printed
Exit the clinic through the front entrance (Fourth Street East)
Sanitize after leaving the facility, before touching your mask to remove it
