Aja recently moved to the area with the intention of settling down some roots and building community. She is a recent honours graduate of the Massage Therapy program through Georgian College and has a keen interest in helping others. With a deep fascination for the human body and what it can endure, Aja loves being able to work with clients through their treatment plans and see the progress that can occur with massage treatments and homecare. She is a firm believer that clients are the experts when it comes to what their bodies are feeling, and loves working collaboratively to help them achieve their goals!
When not in the clinic, Aja spends her time hiking, cross-country skiing, and is generally found at the beach with her three young boys. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Aja spent the last decade traveling abroad and living in the mountains in Alberta and BC, where she studied Adventure Tourism and worked as a guide.
Aja also offers Cupping (integrated into her treatments), and in addition—Therapeutic Hot Stone Massage and Fascial Stretch Therapy (can be billed under RMT for those with coverage under extended health insurance coverage).
