Functional Movement 8 Week Program With Deanna (1 Class per Week)
This class is designed to train participants for everyday movement. With a focus on core strength, flexibility, coordination and stability, participants will go through a series of exercises that enhance the body’s readiness for life’s demanding activities at any age. Using minimal equipment this class will help you feel challenged with a variety of movements to achieve a strong healthy body.
